Syntek Technologies Employee Benefits


10, 15, or 20 days per year depending on experience and length of service in the industry. Up to 240 hours of unused vacation can be carried over to following years.

Health, Prescription Coverage, Dental:

Syntek Technologies pays a portion of the premium for employee health, prescription and dental insurance.


10 paid holidays per year including: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability & Long Term Disability Insurance:

Syntek Technologies pays the full premium for basic life and AD&D, STD and LTD. Additional insurance is available on a voluntary basis through our group plan.

Education Assistance:

After 1000 hours of service, employees become eligible for education expense reimbursement to assist with the costs of personal education and professional training.


Syntek Technologies has a 401(k) trust plan with a Safe Harbor match in place. There is no vesting period for the employer contribution. Eligibility for this benefit begins after 3 months of continuous employment.
