Syntek Technologies is providing technical, programmatic and program HF support to Federal Railroad Administration. Syntek Technologies has been awarded over 19 different task orders for this contract. Syntek Technologies is supporting over 10 program officers. The work we have done includes a comparative safety review of different DOT agencies, program development and evaluation of initiatives carried out by the Department’s cross-agency Safety Council, assessment of organizational change and impact for the newly implemented Risk Reduction Division at the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), outcome and impact determination for the FRA’s R&D activities, organizational climate and employee satisfaction at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. In addition we have been engaged in numerous evaluation capacity building exercises.
